Support the Campaign! Judith Kurtz for City Council at Large

Writer's picture: Judith KurtzJudith Kurtz

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

I am thrilled to be running for one of the two open seats for Concord City Council - At Large. I am eager to serve the Concord community in a new way. The campaign season is fast and furious between filing last week and election day on November 7th, and there's much work to do.

This is where you all come in! If you are able to support me in any way, I would be truly grateful! You can help by donating money, volunteering your time to help canvas, opening your home to host a meet and greet, putting up a yard sign, and by talking about me to your circles. Some of the other candidates in the field have lived in Concord their whole lives and may have more name notoriety, but I am not deterred by this. I truly believe that my commitment to transparency and consensus-building and my skills as an educator and facilitator are necessary to help Concord navigate the complex challenges we are facing in homelessness and public safety, economic development and housing, and environmental justice and equity. (Plus, I love being the underdog!)

I would be honored to represent you on the City Council. I will work tirelessly to be your voice at the table, to protect what we love about our fair city and to help move towards our common goal of a healthy, safe, and thriving community for all Concord residents now and in the future.

If you’d like to support me and want to stay up to date on all that is happening, please go to votejudith.com where you will find ways to sign up to volunteer and to donate. All surplus donations left after campaign expenses will be donated to the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness.

Please join me on September 30th for a Backyard Campaign Kick Off including Ali Sekou for Ward 8, Zandra Rice-Hawkins for Ward 10, Kevin Port for At-Large, Rob Kleiner and Michele Horne for Ward 2! (Details and RSVP here).

Don't forget to sign up for a YARD SIGN!

Together, we can create a healthier, safer Concord, leaving no one behind.

Our City. Our Future.

With Gratitude,

Judith
